Supplier Quality Engineer Asc - Early Career

Responsibilities
Protecting the LM Aero supply chain by ensuring quality performance of assigned suppliers
Proactively working across business functions to collaborate and efficiently solve technical problems
Collaboration with executive leadership at supplier sites and LM Aero to build effective relationships and deploy long term quality strategies
Flexibility to deploy to various supplier sites to support the mission
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or another related technical discipline
Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Willingness and ability to travel as required
Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance
Preferred
Technical or business internship experience is a plus
Self-starter with a proven track record of success working independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated knowledge and application of quality science tools and methodologies
Proficient in quality principles and standards, with a focus on AS9100 and AS9102 requirements
Experience in manufacturing, machining, or assembly environments
