Responsibilities
Serve as lead for on-site and remote technical management at customer locations
Provide mentorship to the on-site professional services engineering team
Deliver expert on-site support for networking and systems administration in alignment with the client’s IT upgrade initiatives and system conversions
Provide strategic consultation and expert technical guidance in IT infrastructure planning, engineering, and architecture
Evaluate and advise on the impact of IT strategies on infrastructure capabilities
Assess and advise on the impact of IT strategies, offering recommendations on system design, including analysis of risks, costs, and benefits
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
Lead and support the technical implementation of infrastructure solutions to meet client IT enhancement goals
Lead technology engineering efforts by providing direction and insight to improve efficiency, ensure quality, and support the successful delivery of services and customer deployments
Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to influence project outcomes and drive team performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required or equivalent years of experience
A minimum of 6 years of experience in hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and systems administration
Strong understanding of networking technologies, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure
Strong understanding of low-voltage cabling and data center configuration best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities with a strong client-service orientation
Ability to travel domestically up to 85% - 90% of the time
