Plan, organize, and conduct training programs to meet the training needs of CCHCS staff statewide
Assist in the development of a comprehensive training plan to address the needs based on the goals and objectives of the CCHCS
Promote harmonious labor relations between CCHCS, its employees, and employee organizations
Provide management/supervisors with the tools and resources necessary to carry out the state’s progressive disciplinary process
Deliver effective and innovative training to further employees’ professional growth
Qualification
Required
