Responsibilities
Manage overall program and contract performance, including scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk
Support the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with program governance, milestone preparation, and executive-level reviews
Oversee development of program documentation, deliverables, and communication and change management materials
Build and maintain strong relationships with federal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic program objectives
Provide guidance on best practices for cloud-based financial and acquisition system implementations
Monitor program metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure project execution aligns with PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid PM methodologies
Lead status reporting, briefings, and communication efforts that highlight new financial management capabilities and progress
Qualification
Required
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare and program and project management
Demonstrated experience supporting Nuvolo Clinical EAM platform (Any module)
Experience planning, initiating, managing, executing and closing out programs in support of an integrated Health Care System
Proven experience managing a large federal program or enterprise-level transformation effort
Strong command of program management methodologies, governance frameworks, and federal lifecycle processes
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across stakeholder groups
Excellent communication, leadership, and executive briefing skills
Preferred
Certified at ITIL Intermediate Level or ITIL Practitioner Level and Scrum Master certified
Background in federal financial management, acquisition processes, or technology modernization
Experience with organizational change management and end-user adoption strategies
Experience with the Veterans Health Administration and an understanding of VISN, VAMC, and HTM/Biomedical Engineering department operations
