Responsibilities
Collaborate with technicians and cross-functional teams to ensure quality readiness and support manufacturing operations
Support and monitor quality assurance/control of products, services, and manufacturing processes
Conduct product inspections, maintain documentation, and support ISO and internal quality requirements
Help identify, document, and resolve non-conformance and quality issues; support MRB (Material Review Board) management
Assist in audits (internal/external) and provide support for corrective/preventive actions
Maintain and calibrate tools and gauging; recommend improvements to support quality
Coordinate and communicate quality initiatives, best practices, and improvement projects
Maintain accurate Quality records and reports; communicate data clearly to relevant stakeholders
Provide practical training and guidance on quality processes as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in industrial/heavy equipment quality inspection and processes
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or related field
Hands-on experience in production quality processes
Strong collaboration and communication skills; positive team player
Autonomous and results-driven, with ability to multi-task and coordinate projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic quality management tools
Preferred
ASQ-CQE or similar certification is a plus but not required
