Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of company and individual licensing nationwide
Research and apply for new and current company and individual licensing
Manage continuing education requirements
Monitor jurisdiction specific code and regulatory changes to ensure company is in compliance
Coordinate internally to ENSURE licensing requirements are being met by scope of work
Support internal audits and compliance reviews as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
relative work experience preferred
Construction industry experience preferred, but not required
