Responsibilities
Design, implement, analyze, and maintain LAN, WAN, DMZ, and wireless networks
Configure, test, and support network infrastructure and services
Diagnose and resolve network performance and connectivity issues
Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation
Support security compliance within a government-regulated environment
Collaborate across teams to improve network reliability, performance, and security
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
5–7+ years of network engineering experience
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder with minimum 3 years U.S. residency
One or more certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or ITIL v3
Cisco switching and routing configuration
Wireless network design and Aruba architecture (Wireless + NAC)
Firewall and VPN configuration, management, and analysis
Nutanix Prism / Acropolis hypervisor administration
Network access security tools
Microsoft Server Active Directory and Group Policy
PowerShell scripting
Level 2/3 support in Windows Server and Windows 11 environments
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and optimization skills
Clear written and verbal technical communication
