Health Record Portfolio Governance Manager
The Chatham Group is seeking highly qualified candidates for a Health Record Portfolio Governance Manager position to lead the strategic planning and execution of a complex Electronic Health Record (EHR) enterprise project in the medical care system industry. The role involves leading governance initiatives, preparing executive presentations, and aligning EHR systems with clinical strategy.
Responsibilities
Lead electronic health record portfolio governance initiatives through enterprise resource planning software
Deliver EHR governance forum sessions with executive leadership teams, clinical leadership teams, and IT leadership teams
Prepare executive level presentations outlining project deliverables, milestones, risks, general portfolio health, etc
Oversee portfolio performance with tools such as Epic Systems EHR software
Work with the Chief Medical Information Officer to ensure consistent execution of EHR Portfolio initiatives
Develop 1yr, 3yr, and 5yr roadmaps to align the EHR System with executive leadership and clinical strategy
Qualification
Required
BS Degree is mandatory
5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT with direct responsibility managing an Electronic Health Record Portfolio
Demonstrable experience creating executive level presentations on high-visibility EHR Portfolio project performance
Working knowledge of Epic Systems EHR Software with certification a plus
Experience with PlanView and ServiceNow enterprise software
Preferred
MS Degree is a plus
Portfolio Management Professional Certification is nice to have
