Responsibilities
Assisting with the development and maintenance of dataflows and data integrations between business systems
Supporting the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards
Validating data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports and source systems
Performing basic data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
Assisting with documentation of data models, reports, dashboards, and data definitions
Collaborating with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Supporting ongoing data governance, standards, and best practices established by ESCO
Learning and utilizing ESCO’s analytics tools, platforms, and methodologies
Understanding and following all safety, conduct, and policy requirements established by ESCO and its clients
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary by management
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in or recent completion of an associate or bachelor's degree program in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
Basic understanding of data concepts such as tables, relationships, and data quality
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
Preferred
Coursework or experience with SQL, relational databases, or data modeling
Exposure to reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or similar
Familiarity with ETL processes, dataflows, or data integration concepts
Previous internship, co-op, or project-based experience involving data analysis or reporting
