Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales to deliver technical expertise, solution design, and compelling product demonstrations throughout the sales cycle
Lead discovery sessions to identify business goals and analytics challenges
Translate technical features into customer-focused solutions and value
Deliver workshops and proof-of-concepts to showcase QuickLaunch capabilities
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve challenges and drive customer outcomes
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor developments
Provide product feedback and respond to technical RFPs and integration questions
Build expertise in QuickLaunch offerings and educate internal teams on best practices
Qualification
Required
Technical expertise in Lakehouse architecture, and modern data stack tools (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Fivetran), with ERP system experience
Deep technical proficiency in Power BI: semantic modeling, advanced DAX, Power Query, data visualization, and enterprise deployments
Skilled in ETL/ELT pipeline design and maintenance using Databricks, Apache Spark, and Microsoft Fabric, with a strong understanding of data transformation, latency, and performance
Knowledge of Medallion Architecture and building scalable, reliable analytics pipelines
Strong analytics background in reporting, Excel modeling, BI use cases, and semantic layer design
Collaborative team player with strong communication and relationship building skills
Understands go-to-market strategies and how to position technical solutions for business value
Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise software or consulting sales in a pre-sales or solution engineering capacity
Demonstrated understanding of data lakehouse architectures, Delta Lake, and Microsoft Fabric, along with proficiency in SQL, Python, or Spark to support scalable data engineering and analytics solutions
Background working with clients in data-intensive industries such as manufacturing, consumer goods, distribution, or professional services
Hands-on experience with data modeling, Power Query, or DAX is a plus
Previous experience with MEDDPICC
Experience working at a smaller stage company / start-up environment
