They are seeking a talented and motivated Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance and inspections of security access control, intrusion alarm, and IP video camera systems at customer locations.

Responsibilities
Perform account responsibilities including preventative maintenance and inspections of security access control, intrusion alarm and IP video camera systems, and service work at all customer locations, including:
Maintenance of all systems supported
Navigate online service portal
Coordination of tools and materials required to complete work as scheduled
Daily work and coordination with customer
On Call service rotation
Qualifier for vendor\manufacturer product certifications
All other duties at the direction of the Operations & Service organizations
Inspection & Service of Customer Sites
Work in harmony with fellow technicians
Daily working hours; 7:00am – 3:30pm
Qualification
Required
Valid Connecticut Low Voltage License is required
Clean drivers record
2 to 3 years' experience in security industry inspections and maintenance
Trade school certification in related electronics field or equivalent course completion
Preferred
OSHA 10 certification preferred
