Responsibilities
Apply advanced modeling, forecasting, and economic analysis techniques to develop insights that support strategic planning and operational improvements
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualization solutions using Power BI, Excel, SAS, and other BI tools to present data-driven insights effectively
Develop comprehensive reports, metrics, and narratives that translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for executives and operational teams
Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end data engineering solutions, including ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehouse development
Prepare and manage large, complex datasets for analytical and predictive modeling purposes, ensuring data quality and integrity
Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within data to support continuous improvement initiatives across projects and business functions
Conduct in-depth analysis of project data to evaluate performance, costs, and efficiencies, providing insights for process optimization
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for data models, processes, and analytical methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making
Support data governance initiatives by ensuring compliance with data management standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, modeling, and forecasting within a construction or related industry
Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Excel, SAS, and other visualization platforms
Extensive experience in developing dashboards, reports, and executive summaries that translate complex data into clear insights
Hands-on experience with data engineering processes including ETL, data modeling, and data warehousing
Advanced knowledge of statistical and economic analysis methods and their application to business problems
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively
Experience in creating technical documentation and providing analytical support to senior management and operational teams
Preferred
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
