Supply Chain Planner
Ahern is a family-owned business with over 145 years of experience in mechanical and fire protection contracting. They are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage material planning and purchase orders while enhancing communication with suppliers and participating in team meetings.

Responsibilities
Planning material and managing purchase orders, change orders and owner purchase orders within short delivery requirements
Analyze and summarize data through the use of Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
Interface with suppliers to expedite material and products
Participation in regularly scheduled meetings with team members to share updates on work statuses and brainstorm on best practices
Qualification
Required
Degree in business, purchasing, supply chain, or related field/program
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Some mechanical aptitude
Accurate data entry skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail
Preferred
One to five years of supply chain experience
