Qualification
Required
10+ years of program or portfolio management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or regulated environments
Background in risk, safety, or operations programs
