Responsibilities
Core Engineering: Design on/off-chain matching engines, order management, and clearing/settlement systems
Market Logic: Develop price formation and payout logic for multi-outcome prediction markets
System Resilience: Ensure stability under extreme volatility and high-concurrency environments
AI Integration: Build standardized APIs for AI Agents to automate strategy execution and risk management
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Rust or Go + Python or TypeScript
Proven track record building trading systems, matching engines, or high-complexity backend infra
Deep understanding of Orderbooks, Clearing, and Settlement
Advanced proficiency with AI-assisted coding (Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
Ability to own system security, observability, and performance
Preferred
Solana / Anchor development experience
Familiarity with Prediction Market models or Multi-Agent Systems (MCP)
Background in Quant trading or low-latency systems
