Responsibilities
Supports planning activities such as assisting in the development of feasibility studies, assessments, concept of operations documents, procurement documents such as requests for proposal for toll systems and operations
Supports toll system implementation including support for oversight of design, testing, installation
Supports toll system operations oversight consulting
Supports project control activities related to toll technology projects
Provides general analysis support for cost estimates or other projections related to advisory work
Prepares information for or in response to client presentations and meetings, including support for development of planning materials such as agendas and/or documentation such as meeting minutes
Leads project analyst type of work supporting toll technology project budgets (internal or for client), project status, and general support
Assists project managers with preparation of project review materials
Provides direction to Toll Technology Analyst on limited basis and in accordance with tasks assigned by senior staff
Inputs labor projections, RLF and similar data as required internal to HNTB and at direction of project
Supports general data requests of leader, project managers or task leads on request
Completes major assignments of defined scope internal to team requiring self-monitoring, gathering of input from team members and progress reporting to leaders
Directs client communication on a limited basis in advisory role based on direction and oversight by senior toll technology consulting staff and limited to areas of expertise recognized internally
May support toll system implementation including support for oversight of design, testing, installation, and operations
Assists with wide range of projects and leads tasks work across multiple projects
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Accounting/Finance, Planning, Business or related field and 6 years relevant experience
In lieu of education, 10 years relevant experience
Preferred
6 years toll technology and operations related consulting experience
