Responsibilities
Participate in a rotational internship across key operational functions, including Engineering, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Operations
Support corporate and on-site teams by providing additional operational resources across assigned properties
Work closely with on-site leadership to support day-to-day operational initiatives and priorities
Assist with operational assessments, data collection, and reporting to help improve efficiency and performance across departments
Support Engineering initiatives such as preventive maintenance tracking, vendor coordination, and documentation
Assist F&B teams with operational support, process documentation, inventory-related projects, and service optimization initiatives
Contribute to Operations projects including SOP updates, process improvement efforts, and cross-functional coordination
Participate in meetings, site visits, and working sessions to gain exposure to corporate hospitality operations and leadership decision-making
Assist with special projects and ad hoc operational needs
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
You must be a current undergraduate student enrolled in a 4-year college or university program in Hospitality, or a related field that directly aligns to the opportunity
Minimum 3.0 GPA
You'll be available to work onsite 4 days per week at our corporate office location in Newton, MA
Eager to learn, highly motivated, and willingness to be an active part of a team
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite Software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
