Responsibilities

Labeling and filing of DHRs
Creation and filing of DHR Service Records that cannot be filed by the service team because no DHR exists in drawer (Blue Divider)
Filing of any Quality or Environmental records placed in the bin outside the DHR file room
Managing Service files in Service cabinets
Shifting/rearranging cabinets when the cabinet is too full
Labeling of cabinets
Packing up files that have met their record retention period due to space in the DHR file room
Managing Weleski and off-site DHR requests
Issuing copies of archived, draft procedures to Production or Service floor whenever needed
Updating Table of Contents, Binder Revision, and Controlled Location Chart
Updating binders if needed as a result of CR release
Issuing new document/procedure numbers for the site
Creating/updating Supplier profiles in MFG Pro
Sending CoC's, testing data, and scans of DHRs when requested
Completing requisition forms for supplies
