Strong hands-on TypeScript experience
Experience applying AI tools (e.g. Claude, code agents, wrappers) to real engineering workflows
Proven experience shipping production systems
Already deep into AI tooling (agents, custom configs, orchestration, automation pipelines, etc.)
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment
