Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Perform daily administration of cloud resources across Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments, ensuring optimal performance and security
Follow established procedures to maintain cloud configurations, access controls, security baselines, and compliance standards
Monitor cloud systems for performance metrics, availability, capacity planning, and adherence to policies, proactively addressing issues as they arise
Respond promptly to incidents, troubleshoot service disruptions, and implement corrective actions to restore normal operations
Maintain comprehensive documentation of operational procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing and compliance
Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans by executing scheduled tasks, validations, and updates
Build and manage cloud resources using infrastructure-as-code tools and automation scripts, or manually based on architectural standards and designs
Collaborate with development teams to facilitate routine deployment tasks via Azure DevOps pipelines and other CI/CD tools
Stay informed about the latest updates, best practices, and emerging technologies in cloud computing to continuously improve operational processes
Manage lifecycle operations for SSL certificates, domain registrations, and DNS entries, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity

Required

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Azure
1-5 years of experience with traditional physical infrastructure
A solid understanding of core infrastructure concepts such as virtual machines, storage solutions, backups, identity management, and networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, subnets, routing, and firewalls
Working knowledge of IAM, RBAC, and cloud security principles

Preferred

Experience with integration platforms like Dell Boomi or Oracle OIC
Scripting skills in PowerShell or similar automation tools
Certifications such as Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Cloud+
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
