Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high volume production platforms in the Electronic Channel Applications domain
Engage collaboratively with systems and business partners to deliver high quality and innovative software solutions
Work in agile teams and partner with product, architecture, and other engineering teams
Perform detailed analysis and documentation for maintenance and improvement projects in the batch and online environments
Deploy and support software releases into production environments
Employ data security skills to keep customer information safe
Conduct unit, functional and regression testing
Write COBOL/Native stored procedures as needed
Learn and work with Distributed Technologies as required
Think and act strategically, share innovative insights, and offer creative solutions to deliver exceptional user experiences
Embrace flexibility and shift focus to meet customer/client needs
Bring a growth mentality to work and continue to learn new technologies and skills
Qualification
Required
8+ years of software development experience in business critical, enterprise-wide applications
Mainframe development expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 & VSAM
Ability to perform detailed analysis and documentation for maintenance and improvement projects in the batch and online environments
Deploy and support software releases into production environments
Employ your data security skills to keep our customers information safe
You are detailed and thorough with unit, functional and regression testing
Proven Experience writing COBOL/Native stored procedures
Confidence to think and act strategically, share innovative insights, and offer creative solutions to deliver exceptional user experiences
Proven strong interpersonal and organizational skills coupled with effective written and verbal communication skills
