Responsibilities
Own and execute the end-to-end roadmap for NetSuite → SAP S/4HANA migration
Define program scope, sequencing, milestones, and success metrics
Align ERP modernization strategy with finance and corporate growth objectives
Establish enterprise governance framework and steering committee cadence
Lead integrated program planning across Finance, IT, Data, and Integration workstreams
Manage RAID logs, dependency tracking, executive reporting, and portfolio visibility
Drive predictable execution across internal teams and system integrators
Partner with Finance leadership to modernize:
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Record-to-Report (R2R)
Revenue Recognition (ASC 606)
Lead Chart of Accounts harmonization and financial data standardization
Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy
Oversee ERP data migration strategy (master data, open transactions, historical balances)
Ensure integration architecture supports scalable operations
Lead parallel close planning, cutover strategy, and post-go-live stabilization
Provide concise, data-driven updates to VP+ leadership
Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments
Lead change management and user adoption strategy
Qualification
Required
10+ years leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs
Proven experience delivering large ERP migrations (NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred)
Deep expertise in finance process transformation and ERP-enabled modernization
Strong experience establishing governance models, PMO frameworks, and executive reporting structures
Experience partnering directly with CFO, Finance VPs, and senior technology leaders
Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous initiatives and drive decision alignment
Preferred
SAP S/4HANA Finance experience (Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Revenue Accounting)
SaaS or subscription-based business model experience
SOX, compliance, and financial controls transformation exposure
