Perform the duties of an analyst who oversees technical and operational support for contact center systems and Workforce Management technologies, ensuring smooth operations, system optimization, and timely issue resolution
Serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, troubleshooting complex problems, supporting field operations, and collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Analyze system performance, provide actionable insights, and help implement enhancements that support the DI Branch's mission of efficient and effective customer service delivery
