Responsibilities
Design, conduct, and manage training curriculum for the ARC/cPROBE environment
Develop and maintain training materials, vignettes, and user guides for applications hosted in the Army Resource Cloud
Deliver virtual training sessions and maintain training metrics per the Training Implementation Plan
Qualification
Required
Active or Current DOD Secret Clearance
Current Security + Certification
Degree in Human Factors, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant field (equivalent work experience accepted)
2 to 4 years of IT and industry experience with a degree, or 4 to 6 years of experience without a degree
Preferred
Familiarity with ARC/cPROBE environment and its applications
Experience in designing and delivering training materials for IT systems
Proficiency in utilizing effective techniques, methods, and technologies to facilitate learning
