They are seeking an Epic Certified Application Analyst to support revenue cycle operations, optimize billing workflows, and ensure system functionality aligns with organizational needs.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary support contact for Epic Resolute Professional Billing end users
Design, build, test, and optimize Professional Billing workflows
Identify and resolve system issues impacting revenue cycle operations
Act as liaison between operational leaders, billing teams, and IT
Analyze and implement requested system changes
Ensure workflows align with business operations and compliance requirements
Analyze technical issues within Epic PB and related applications
Document troubleshooting efforts and resolutions in ticketing systems
Participate in weekly project meetings and status updates
Maintain HIPAA compliance
Provide end-user training and ongoing support
Collaborate with Epic representatives and cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification – Required
2+ years of Epic Professional Billing build and application support experience
Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, billing workflows, and payer processes
Experience with workflow analysis, system testing, and optimization
Ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
