Field Service Manager - Packaging Machinery

Responsibilities
Manage a small field service team that is growing rapidly, setting policies, procedures, and day-to-day work
Build out the service team as the company continues expansion
Act as the main point of contact with customers for technical issues
Hands-on position, work in the field 30% and in the shop 70%; travel both regionally and out of the area
Be able to perform, pm, installation and repair to manufacturing equipment
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Field Service Supervisor or Field Service Manager
Ability to build and grow a service team
Experience in developing policies and procedures
Hands-on experience performing preventive maintenance, installation, and repair to manufacturing equipment
Experience in training and mentoring team members
Background with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics
PLC troubleshooting knowledge
Willingness to travel regionally and at times out of the area
Ability to manage a small field service team
Act as the main point of contact with customers for technical issues
