Responsibilities

Help develop work instructions that are accurate and yield high-quality products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve manufacturing processes
Investigate and identify root cause for defects related to the product

Qualification

Required

Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining or assembly
Familiar with manufacturing process flows
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Preferred

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
Familiar with lean manufacturing concepts
Basic understanding of root cause and correct action investigation
Basic statistics and data analysis
