Talent Harbor is supporting a growing, founder-led operations consulting firm in their search for an Account Executive to help expand their client base. The role involves driving new business, engaging with prospects, and supporting sales growth in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Engage and qualify new prospects through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals
Build and maintain relationships with partners and referral sources
Run initial discovery and qualification calls with founders and COOs
Support proposal development and sales conversion
Track opportunities, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM accuracy
Share insights and ideas to improve sales processes and workflows
Qualification
Required
3โ7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
Experience selling to or within financial services, wealth management, or professional services
Comfortable engaging new prospects and nurturing long-term relationships
Strong CRM discipline and data-driven sales habits
Communicate with polish and confidence when speaking with founders and executives
Thrive in a remote, high-accountability, founder-led environment
