Responsibilities

Serve as a senior financial and program analysis advisor supporting major Army acquisition and international programs
Manage and execute complex funding streams, including Security Assistance and reimbursable funding
Formulate, analyze, and execute program budgets across multiple projects and organizations
Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and "what-if" drills to inform leadership decision-making
Integrate requirements from subordinate organizations and ensure alignment with funding availability and strategic priorities
Serve as a primary point of contact for financial execution reviews and external coordination with Army and DoD stakeholders
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and emerging financial guidance
Oversee contract-related financial requirements, including work directives and requirement packages
Identify, analyze, and resolve financial execution issues; provide recommendations and corrective actions to leadership
Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to personnel on budgeting, execution, audit readiness, and financial systems
Utilize Army financial and accounting systems to manage transactions, reporting, reconciliation, and corrections

Required

Active Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Master's degree preferred)
10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in program analysis, financial management, or budget execution within a DoD or federal environment
Demonstrated experience managing complex budgets and multiple funding sources
Strong knowledge of federal financial management and acquisition processes
Proven ability to brief senior leaders and provide actionable financial recommendations
Experience working independently in a senior-level advisory role

Preferred

Experience supporting Army acquisition programs
Background in Security Assistance, Foreign Military Sales, or reimbursable funding
Supervisory or team leadership experience
Defense Acquisition Workforce certifications or equivalent professional credentials
Advanced proficiency with Army financial systems (GFEBS) and reporting tools
