They are seeking an experienced Sr. Help Desk Technician to perform in-depth analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop and workstation issues, serving as the point of contact for escalated troubleshooting of PC hardware and software.

Responsibilities

Performs in-depth analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop and workstations

Serves as the point of contact for escalated Tier Two troubleshooting of PC hardware and software, printer problems, and network applications

Able to support and backfill Video Teleconference (VTC) and Wireless technician with experience working in both areas

Required

7 years of experience in Information Technology, with 4 years specialized experience in PC and wireless technologies including expert knowledge of PC operating systems, networking, and mail standards

Experience working with a team in a help desk environment

Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing

Positive customer service attitude
