New Grad, Entry LevelLong-Lewis Automotive Group is seeking a Detail Technician who plays a key role in ensuring that every vehicle leaving their facility looks its absolute best. The Detail Technician is responsible for preparing vehicles for sale and delivery by performing thorough cleaning and detailing services, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the car wash facility.

Responsibilities
Clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, drying, vacuuming, shampooing, and light cosmetic touch-ups
Prepare vehicles for sale and delivery to meet dealership quality standards
Perform customer-requested detailing services with attention to accuracy and satisfaction
Inspect vehicles before and after services to ensure quality and consistency
Maintain cleanliness of customer areas, workstations, equipment, and the car wash facility
Follow proper safety procedures and use detailing tools and chemicals correctly
Assist team members and support daily car wash operations as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
Preferred
Previous experience in detailing or car wash operations
