Responsibilities
Experience tracking expenditures and managing procurement cycles
Experience ensuring contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies
Experience managing purchase orders and tracking procurement performance metrics
Experience using acquisition software, federal procurement databases, and financial tracking tools
Experience performing cost estimation, contract analysis, and procurement audits
Knowledge of DFARS and FAR procurement processes
Knowledge of DoD acquisition regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to perform data analysis and cost forecasting, and optimize procurement workflows
Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure budget alignment
Qualification
Required
Experience tracking expenditures and managing procurement cycles

Bachelor's degree in a Finance or Business Administration field, or 4+ years of experience in procurement analysis in lieu of a degree
Preferred
Experience with advanced procurement audits and compliance reporting
Experience implementing process improvements for procurement efficiency
Knowledge of emerging acquisition technologies and automation tools
Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) Certification
DoD Financial Management Certification
