Support a major Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) initiative within a large Texas healthcare agency
Driving strategy, modernization, and hands-on development of enterprise Master Data Management solutions
Managing Data Governance roadmaps, frameworks & technical documentation
Leading cross-functional enterprise teams
Using AI/ML tools to improve data governance & stewardship
Deploying AI for anomaly detection & duplicate resolution
Applying predictive or generative AI in MDM optimization
Qualification
Required
Must be local to Texas (or able to relocate immediately)
Texas Driver's License required

12+ years overall experience
Healthcare experience required
Enterprise Data Architecture leadership
Informatica PowerCenter & advanced ETL development
Master Data Management design & implementation
SQL & database technologies
Cloud MDM (OCI / IDMC)
Integration with Snowflake
Managing Data Governance roadmaps, frameworks & technical documentation
Leading cross-functional enterprise teams
Strong executive-level communication skills
Using AI/ML tools to improve data governance & stewardship
Deploying AI for anomaly detection & duplicate resolution
Applying predictive or generative AI in MDM optimization

Proven technical architect leading large-scale data programs
Strong healthcare regulatory understanding

Experience in state government environments (Texas preferred)
