Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
11-15 years of experience managing enterprise IT environments, system architecture, and infrastructure security
Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computing infrastructure, operating systems, and/or middleware products on all computer platforms, including mainframes, workstations, servers, and web servers, in support of 24x7 business processes
Evaluates, implements, and modifies operating system software parameters and/or product solutions for optimal performance
Identifies integration and other interface requirements for all supported products and platforms
Ensures cybersecurity measures, automation, and operational efficiency
Works with Active Directory, Azure AD, VMware, AWS, DevOps, networking, and cloud-based infrastructure solutions
Ensures compliance with cybersecurity policies and industry regulations
Leads enterprise-wide IT infrastructure projects, including data center operations, cloud migrations, and IT automation initiatives
Oversees virtualization platforms, network infrastructure, and enterprise-level Active Directory environments
Implements IT governance frameworks, cybersecurity measures, and IT policy development for compliance and best practices
