This role focuses on providing operational stewardship of the commercial learning portfolio and ensuring alignment and transparency across learning programs and experiences.

Responsibilities
Provide content management and operational stewardship of the Global Commercial L&D portfolio, maintaining accurate visibility of learning programs, pathways, and experiences across therapeutic areas and capability domains
Serve as the primary operational partner to the Associate Director, Curriculum Strategy, Experience, and Design by organizing portfolio data, maintaining lifecycle oversight, and preparing materials that support strategic decision-making
Ensure learning portfolio components are consistently structured, documented, and aligned with established governance standards, SOPs, and operating principles
Coordinate across learning operations, LMS operations, learning effectiveness, and learning design teams to ensure data accuracy, portfolio integrity, and system alignment
Maintain lifecycle transparency for learning content, including updates, evolution, expiration, and retirement, to support compliance, audit readiness, and operational continuity
Support ongoing operational maturity by improving portfolio visibility, consistency, and readiness for future enhancements, measurement, and technology enablement
Qualification
Required
Experience in learning operations, L&D portfolio management, content management, or related operational roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex portfolios and lifecycle documentation
Experience working cross-functionally with LMS, learning design, operations, or effectiveness teams
High attention to detail and comfort working within governance, compliance, and SOP-driven environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience supporting global or commercial learning organizations
Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning content governance models
Background in life sciences, biopharma, or regulated environments
