Will manage 4 foreman and 35-40 non union hourly employees
Responsible for driving production scheduling and hitting production goals with the team
Will be floor driven to drive safety, quality, metrics, KPI’s and be throughput focused
Qualification

Must have 3+ years of management experience
Any type of casting/heat treating experience is required
