Responsibilities
Perform general facility and machine maintenance as assigned through PM database and weekly checklists
Conduct facility repairs including lighting, plumbing, minor HVAC, roof repairs, compressed air systems, fire systems, and dust collectors
Execute machine repair and upgrades such as electrical work (120V–480V), motor controls, calibrations, testing breakers/transformers, hydraulics, piping, pumps, filtration systems, and PLC troubleshooting
Assist with production fixturing, equipment relocations, and vendor support
Maintain organization of shop tools and follow all quality system procedures
Partner closely with external vendors and provide guidance when coordinating repair or maintenance work
Maintain shop organization, quality compliance, and clear communication with management on operational needs and improvement ideas
Qualification
Required
5+ years of broad maintenance experience across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and industrial equipment troubleshooting
Experience in preventive maintenance and hands-on involvement with industrial automation equipment
Ability to operate forklift, scissor lift, and use major hand and power tools
Experience with fabrication and fixture construction
Strong understanding of technical terminology, vendor resources, and comfort navigating catalogs/websites
Experience with maintenance/work order software; Eptura CMMS familiarity is a plus
A collaborative mindset, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or as part of cross-disciplinary teams
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
