Responsibilities
Must engage professionally and effectively with senior management
Must be able to successfully meet deadlines and execute to a strict timeline
Will work to advance Open Architecture concepts in the Mission Systems domain
The successful candidate will apply Systems Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering principles in the development and application of Open Architecture standards
This position requires using the MBSE tool Cameo to produce system engineering artifacts for the engineering effort
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline: Aerospace, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems (equivalent disciplines considered)
Understanding of Systems Engineering principles: Systems Engineering V, Systems Decomposition, Requirements, Verification, etc
Understanding of MBSE process, principles, and tools
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Ability to work in cross-functional and cross-industry teams
US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance
Preferred
Experience with Open Architecture, such as Open Mission Systems (OMS), Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI), Universal Armament Interface (UAI), Agile Mission Suite Government Reference Architecture (AMS GRA)
Experience in applying Systems Engineering to Mission Systems
Experience developing UAV / Drone vehicles
Air Vehicle Mission Systems experience
Experience with Cameo and Teamwork Cloud
Understanding of MBSE Languages and Frameworks: SysML, DoDAF, UPDM, UAF
