Affiliate Manager
Natural Heart Doctor is a fast-growing holistic cardiology brand focused on helping people prevent and treat heart disease naturally. The Affiliate Manager will support the Partnerships Director by managing and optimizing relationships with affiliates, influencers, and promotional partners to scale partner-driven revenue and enhance marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Identify and recruit new affiliates, influencers, content creators, partners, and health professionals
Conduct outreach, qualification, and onboarding calls
Manage affiliate applications, vetting, and approvals
Ensure new affiliates receive welcome kits, tracking links, swipe files, and promotional assets
Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day affiliate communication
Build strong, positive, long-term relationships with partners
Respond quickly to questions, issues, and requests
Maintain regular communication via email, SMS, and video calls
Provide affiliates with creative assets, offers, product updates, and training
Ensure affiliates are properly supported for major campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams to produce promotional calendars
Prepare affiliate materials for product launches, webinars, and summits
Send reminder emails and promotional cadence suggestions
Distribute swipe copy, graphics, product briefs, and video clips
Ensure affiliates have accurate tracking links and clear instructions
Monitor affiliate performance daily
Track clicks, conversions, EPC, refunds, and revenue
Identify top performers and re-engagement opportunities
Provide weekly reports to the Partnerships Director and CMO
Flag issues such as link errors, low performance, or compliance concerns
Work with partners to improve their campaigns
Suggest optimized messaging, angles, product bundles, and traffic strategies
Collaborate with Paid Media and Creative on better-performing partner assets
Assist the Partnerships Director in developing incentive structures, contests, and bonuses
Monitor affiliate promotional practices for accuracy and compliance
Flag potential medical claims or messaging misalignment
Ensure NHD brand standards are upheld across external promotions
Support Product Managers with affiliate-focused product messaging
Work with Creative Team to generate fresh partner assets
Partner with Lifecycle Team on affiliate-driven webinar and summit flows
Collaborate with Ecommerce for optimized landing pages and conversion paths
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience in affiliate management, influencer outreach, or partnership coordination
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Organized, disciplined, and proactive
Comfortable managing dozens of affiliate relationships simultaneously
Strong writing and documentation skills
Experience with tracking systems (Everflow, Refersion, ShareASale, etc.)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Positive, friendly, and partner-focused demeanor
Problem-solving mindset with a bias for action
Preferred
Experience in health, wellness, supplements, e-commerce, or online education
