Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Photo, Plate, and Test equipment in wafer fabrication
Possess knowledge of electronic circuits, PLCs, and robotics, with the ability to read and interpret schematics
Follow and complete preventive maintenance (PM) instructions accurately
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment in accordance with company standards to ensure minimal equipment downtime. This includes production and production test equipment
Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures
Administer training programs to ensure proper equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures are followed
Work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative, understanding the implications of work and making recommendations for solutions
Determine methods and procedures for new assignments
Provide guidance to other non-exempt personnel as needed
As a skilled specialist, complete tasks in creative and effective ways
Be available to work nights and weekends
Qualification
Required
