Responsibilities
Deep-Dive Analysis: Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within large datasets to drive departmental KPIs
Strategic Coaching: Act as a mentor to non-technical stakeholders, guiding them on how to use data to tell a story and make confident decisions
Data Quality Advocacy: Work with teams to identify trends/gaps in collection, providing guidance on how to improve data integrity at the source
Dashboard & Tool Creation: Develop intuitive visualization tools that empower others to self-serve their data needs
Trend Forecasting: Translate historical data into forward-looking insights to help the leadership team anticipate market shifts
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field
Data analysis experience
Data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Python/R/ AI)
Preferred
Experience with SAP S4 Hana
