Responsibilities

Develop standard work practices and documentation for mechanical and/or electro-mechanical part repair, part refurbishment – ex. Robot repair, motors, valves
Support data entry, repair tracking, and maintain an organized work environment
Engage with Fab 9 Electronic Repair Center (ERC) to enable and drive capability development
Proficient use of diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, OEM software, and soldering equipment for both through-hole and surface mount components
Communicate and collaborate with team members, customers, module engineers and technicians to effectively repair equipment, assemblies, and sub-assemblies within areas of responsibility
Support fab for critical tool down repairs with high quality and efficiency
Contribute to continuous improvement activities by identifying repeat failures, reporting findings, and supporting senior staff during root‑cause reviews
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required

Education – Graduating with Bachelor's in Electromechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Travel - Up to 10%

Preferred

Prior related internship or co-op experience
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc
Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
Project work related to robotics or mechanical assemblies
