Responsibilities
Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize ML model performance
Develop and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics solutions
Implement clustering, classification, regression, and advanced ML algorithms
Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
Apply data mining and statistical techniques on structured and unstructured data
Build and optimize NLP, LLM, and GenAI-based solutions
Evaluate model performance using accuracy, precision, recall, and other metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and business stakeholders)
Support deployment, monitoring, and optimization of ML models in production
Qualification
Required
Strong Python development experience
Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms and frameworks
TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
NLP (Natural Language Processing)
LLM and Generative AI experience
Experience building and deploying predictive models
Strong understanding of data modeling and analytics
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, CIS, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred
Experience with NoSQL databases
Kafka or streaming data platforms
Experience working in enterprise-scale data environments
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
