Assists the Director of Strategy and Operations in a variety of office support and/or administrative tasks including but not limited to calendar coordination, room reservations, and scheduling of meetings

Travel arrangement preparation

Budget management/processing of financial transactions
Data entry
Preparation of correspondence, communications, agendas, and documents
Taking notes
Supply ordering
Tracking of metrics
Answering phones and greeting constituents
Qualification
Required
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, and ability to pay close attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Basic Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Power Point
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends
High School Diploma and 2 years related/transferable experience
Bachelor's Degree
