Responsibilities
Align your work with the CEO’s priorities and Nichols Cauley’s long-term goals
Proactively anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and resolve challenges before they arise
Balance multiple demands and stakeholders while adapting in a fast-moving environment
Coordinate projects, manage timelines, and drive results
Plan and execute executive-level events and offsites, ensuring seamless logistics and high-impact outcomes
Arrange and facilitate high-profile meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
Foster strong connections throughout the organization
Engage confidently with executives, board members, and high-profile clients, representing Nichols Cauley and often serving as the first point of contact
Craft clear, polished correspondence and prepare reports and presentations for Board meetings
Orchestrate complex calendars, arrange domestic and international travel, manage expenses, and coordinate with vendors
Apply sound judgment and initiative in all aspects of your work
Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Office, cloud-based collaboration, and project management tools
Embrace and champion new technologies to help the company excel
Uphold the highest standards of integrity and discretion with sensitive information
Serve as a reliable confidant and ambassador for the CEO, inside and outside the company
Draw on your understanding of professional services and high-stakes environments to support executive decision-making
Qualification
Required
Proactive professional with a knack for managing projects
Ability to balance multiple demands and stakeholders while adapting in a fast-moving environment
Experience in coordinating projects, managing timelines, and driving results
Ability to plan and execute executive-level events and offsites
Experience arranging and facilitating high-profile meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
Strong communication skills to engage confidently with executives, board members, and high-profile clients
Ability to craft clear, polished correspondence and prepare reports and presentations for Board meetings
Experience orchestrating complex calendars, arranging domestic and international travel, managing expenses, and coordinating with vendors
Sound judgment and initiative in all aspects of work
Expertise in Microsoft Office, cloud-based collaboration, and project management tools
Ability to embrace and champion new technologies
Upholding the highest standards of integrity and discretion with sensitive information

Willingness to work onsite two to three days per week and travel occasionally
