The Controller will own full accounting ops: AP/AR, job cost, treasury, budgeting, consolidated financials
Cash forecasting, debt compliance, covenant monitoring
Intercompany activity across multiple entities
Year-end audit + GAAP compliance
Internal controls + process automation (upgrade everything that needs upgrading)
Translate financial data into real-world decisions for operations + execs
Lead and level up the accounting team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of accounting experience
GAAP fluency
