Team Lead, Program Spt. Tm (Contingent)

The Team Lead for the Program Support Team provides senior-level engineering analysis and technical writing, overseeing logistics and engineering integration to support program requirements. This role involves leading analytical efforts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical documentation and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
Apply engineering analysis methods to evaluate system performance, technical baselines, and program requirements
Conduct assessments that integrate logistics and engineering considerations, ensuring alignment across lifecycle phases
Utilize configuration management and configuration control principles to support accurate technical baselines
Support and lead technical reviews, program assessments, and milestone activities
Prepare analytical products, findings, and evaluation results for decision briefs, reviews, and leadership engagements
Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and program management stakeholders to ensure technical consistency and accuracy
Produce high-quality technical documents, analysis summaries, reports, and recommendations
Ensure technical content is clear, complete, and aligned with program standards, requirements, and templates
Translate complex engineering analysis into actionable technical recommendations for program leadership
Lead the Program Support Team in developing, reviewing, and delivering technical products
Provide task oversight, workload distribution, and quality assurance for team deliverables
Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements that enhance team performance and output
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of engineering analysis, technical writing, or related program support experience
Strong understanding of engineering analysis methods, logistics-engineering integration, and configuration management principles
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical documents and translate analysis into actionable recommendations
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills
Active Secret security clearance
Preferred
Experience with DoD engineering processes, milestone documentation, and technical review requirements
Familiarity with systems engineering principles, technical baselines, and system lifecycle processes
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and engineering documentation tools
