Responsibilities
Architect and design enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments
Define tenant architecture strategy (single-tenant vs. multi-tenant models, multi-geo strategy)
Establish service boundaries and data residency strategy aligned to compliance and regulatory requirements
Lead cloud architecture decisions and define platform roadmap strategy
Design and govern enterprise identity architecture (Entra ID / Azure AD)
Define SSO, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance models
Drive M365 security architecture, compliance posture, and governance framework
Ensure secure integration across M365 services and external systems
Architect integration across:
Exchange Online
Microsoft Teams
SharePoint Online
OneDrive
Support strategic Microsoft initiatives:
AI Foundry
Microsoft Copilot
Power Platform integration within the M365 ecosystem
Provide architecture documentation and design standards
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
Make independent platform, security, and solution design decisions
Provide technical leadership and architectural governance
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of overall IT experience
Minimum 6+ years of Microsoft 365 architecture experience
Proven experience designing and owning enterprise-scale M365 platforms
Strong expertise in tenant architecture strategy (single vs. multi-tenant)
Strong expertise in identity and access architecture (Entra ID, SSO, Conditional Access, MFA)
Strong expertise in Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive integration
Strong expertise in service boundaries and data residency strategy
Experience delivering cloud-based M365 enterprise solutions
Ability to independently make architecture and security design decisions
Preferred
Experience supporting AI Foundry initiatives
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot deployment and governance strategy
Power Platform integration with Microsoft 365
Experience working within global enterprise environments
