Responsibilities
This candidate will work side-by-side with data scientists and backend engineers to build, tune, and instrument core infrastructural components of our GenAI ecosystem, specifically storage, hybrid indexing and search components to organize a multi-modal library of images and documents used daily by trend researchers within the company
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional backend engineering experience
Expert-level fluency in Python and its associated ecosystem
Strong experience with Open/Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, and data cleaning/tagging for AI
Deep understanding of GenAI patterns (LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, and Context Engineering)
