Senior LevelSTAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a senior Enterprise Agile Coach and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) to lead large-scale Agile transformations across the organization. This role partners with leadership and delivery teams to implement and scale Agile practices, driving organizational change and enhancing delivery performance using SAFe and other Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide Agile adoption using SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps frameworks
Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, engineering leaders, and Agile teams
Deliver SAFe training and facilitate PI Planning, portfolio-level planning, and other Agile workshops
Guide product management and Lean Portfolio Management transformations
Track Agile metrics, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Influence organizational change across departments and leadership levels without direct authority
Qualification
Required
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
Extensive experience leading enterprise-level Agile transformations
Proven experience coaching teams and senior leadership
Strong expertise in SAFe framework implementation
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with Agile metrics and DevOps practices
Background in large-scale program delivery
